The programs

Four programs, and a small bar is plenty

Three spirits, citrus and sugar make most of the canon. Nobody needs forty bottles to learn this.

How it works

Make two, taste both

A drink alone teaches nothing. The same drink at two ratios teaches balance in one sitting.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes on what you drink, what's on your shelf and what you want to make.

Two drinks a week

Side by side, with one variable changed.

Taste and write it down

Before you adjust, and again after.

Written feedback

Within 48 hours: what's off, which direction to move, and what to try next.

How we work

Adults only, and sensible about it

This is for people 21 and over. Zaveloi sells and ships no alcohol, and takes no commission from any brand, so nothing here is steering you toward a bottle someone paid to promote.

Cocktails should be small, slow and occasional. We build menus with good non-alcoholic options, we talk about serving guests responsibly, and if drinking is something you're better off without, this isn't the hobby for you.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

How many bottles do I need?

Three to start: a whiskey or rum, a gin or tequila, and a vermouth. Plus citrus and sugar. That covers most of the classics.

Do you sell or ship alcohol?

No, never. You buy locally, and we take no commission from any brand or shop.

Is this bartending certification?

No. We coach home cocktail making. Bar licensing and alcohol service certification vary by state and are a separate matter entirely.

Can I do this without drinking much?

Yes. Drinks are small, you can split or share them, and we cover non-alcoholic versions of most templates.

My drinks always taste too sweet.

Very common, and usually syrup volume rather than the spirit. Once you taste two ratios side by side it's easy to correct.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.
